Greenhouse Design Proposal:
Overview & WalktHrough (motion)
The split-design provides maximum functionality with a comfortable sunroom/classroom space with ample growing space as well as a true 'hot house' greenhouse for dedicated crop production. The design incorporates the existing sidewalk in the bus island with a functional and attractive breezeway to separate the two spaces.
Key Features of the Design:
* ADA Accessible (both sides)
* Attractive Cedar/Glass Exterior
* Dual-purpose space
* Hydroponic Bench space in hot house as well as Traditional Growing Benches
* Seating for up to 24 students (K-5) in Sunroom/Classroom
* Generous Sink and Demonstration area to support classroom activities
* Rainwater Harvesting to supplement water supply
* Living Wall adds to the unique interior environment of the space
